Our client industry is an Online platform for Freelance, a Marketplace for services websites. Job Responsibilities: Managing company permits, company documents, Labor affairs, as well as company and employee Employment agreements. Handling and monitoring the deadlines for permits and company legality under the FUSHAI business field. Creating and reviewing internal and external company agreements. Executing reporting tasks to government agencies. Handling administrative work related to legal matters. Creating and preparing employment contracts.  Taking care of online platform legal notations and proceedings. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Law.  Minimum 3 years of experience.  Maximum age of 45 years.  Honest, proactive, firm, and possess negotiation skills.  Able to work with priorities and attention to detail. Organized in filing company data and archives. Proficient in active English language skills.
